Washing instructions & advice

• We recommend you have enough pads to last your whole period.
• Place the used pads in a small bucket or wet bag, when you've finished your period rinse them all together in cold water to help remove the blood stains.
• Pop them in the washing machine without fabric softener and wash at up to 60 degrees.
• Line drying is best, especially on a sunny day to help remove any stains.
• Once dry, you're ready for when your next period comes around.
• For stubborn stains you can try soaking in cold salt water before washing.
