Tegu Travel Pals are made for when on the go with little ones (and not so little ones!) The Spaceship pal is made from 6 blocks in greens and blues, with space-inspired and porthole graphics to add extra personality and context your Tegu blocks.

The 6 blocks are comprised of 4 triangular prisms and 2 parallelograms - perfect for building mini rockets, birds, marine animals, snakes and more. The Travel Pals are ideally sized to keep in your handbag or your little one's bag, meaning you always have something to hand in case of an unexpected wait. They make a great introductory kit to the wonderful world of Tegu's magnetic wooden blocks.

Powerful magnets within each wooden block adds a new dimension to building blocks, whether you choose to add this to your classic building collection, or extend your Tegu range at home. The Tegu Travel Pals blocks are fully compatible with the rest of the Tegu range.

All the Tegu blocks are manufactured in the independent toy factory in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Non-toxic water-based lacquers have been used to allow the natural wood grain to be visible, reminding us of the tactile and smooth quality of natural hard wood.

Sustainability, social change and a love of play are key to Tegu. From hand selecting every single tree with local Honduran cooperatives, where a single tree can create over 1200 sets of blocks, to planting up to 10 trees for each set sold. Tegu only purchases wood from FSC certified companies and uses a water-based lacquer incorporated with colour pigments, so the blocks are all non-toxic. The original Tegu block is 30mmx30mm – the perfect size for little hands, and this forms the basis for every single Tegu block made. Each magnet is specifically position within the block to aid play. Watch as your child discovers scale, fractions, fine motor skills, design and engineering, without even realising!
