True pioneers of the ethical and organic children's clothing industry, Frugi was started by Lucy and Kurt in 2004 in Cornwall under the name Cut4Cloth. They developed a range of colourful, playful organic cotton kids clothes that would accommodate the fluffy cloth nappies of the time.

Frugi has a mission to transform the children's clothing industry from throw-away convenience culture to one of greater sustainability and a love for people and the planet. By using certified organic cotton and socially responsible manufacturing processes Frugi is committed to the highest social and environmental standards. Working with the Circular Textiles Foundation, the design team creates beautiful kid's wear that can be recycled at the end of its useful life, with genuine accountability and transparency. Frugi are proud to be certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) by Soil Association Certification. They are audited annually by Soil Association Certification to ensure continued adherence to the Standard. Look for GOTS and license number on the products.
