Love that KK has brought out an improvement to the sports cap! We were sent a sample bottle to test out and am happy to say that this one is reliably leakproof and is very easy to drink from. The bigger spout and removable rubber piece on the inside makes cleaning a breeze. We have used this lid on the new and older KK bottles and have found it easy to carry around using the built-in large loop and so don't have to transfer our rubber loops onto the bottles we were using on the day.

Our lids came together with the bottles so did not have the telescopic straws but how handy it would be to have a telescopic straw! Hope to try it out one day.

We were fortunate to receive a sample from Babipur before release. We put it through its paces and definitely love the ease of use, it feels more hygienic and love that it can be used with or without the straw (sip with straw or tip and sip without straw) Brilliant new addition for the Klean Kanteen range. Great new design from Klean Kanteen. The leakproof feature is such a welcome design update. There have been far too many times where we've not closed the old style caps properly or left them on their sides and bags have been soaked. So hopefully no more soggy bags for us! I love the flip lid feature as it feels far more hygienic having the drinking spout tucked away, it makes it much easier to keep debris/ dust away. You also don't need to pull up the drinking spout with your fingers. I'll be getting a couple more of these lids to upgrade our older bottles, which after many years of use are still perfectly functional.
