Ambrosius Sweet Briar Fairy Figure Black Skin
The Ambrosius Sweet Briar Fairy is handmade Waldorf doll, holding a colourful flower that is perfect for a Spring display. This fair trade, felted wool figure has black skin, brown hair and is wearing a pink gown with matching flower. Ambrosius Spring flower fairies will look sweet with other flower fairies, nestled by a celebration ring or popped on a windowsill.
This fair trade decorative figure has been handmade from environmentally friendly wool felt, recycled paper and wire. Non-toxic textile paint has been used to add delicate facial features.
This doll is 7-8cm tall.
This doll is for decorative use only - it is NOT a toy and is not suitable for playing with. It is not suitable for children under 3.
Ambrosius dolls are beautifully handcafted decorative figures, made from natural wool felt and wool, and perfect for adorning a celebration ring and seasonal table or to decorate the family home. Each handmade Waldorf-inspired doll represents a flower or fruit from the natural world and are designed to be both decorative and educational.
Created in 1996, Ambrosius is a collaboration between Mrs. Katalin Poszony, the owner of Ambrosius and the Cluj-Napoca Waldorf school. Ambrosius felted dolls are ethically made in Romania by skilled artisans, typically older women and young mothers working from home to support their families and people with disabilities. Profits from the sale of Ambrosius figures also help to fund a Waldorf school in Cluj-Napoca and education for disadvantaged children in rural Transylvania too. Ambrosius fairies are proudly made with love and patience, providing work to the lowest income families in the EU.

Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
