The Fagus Fire Engine is a large, eco-friendly wooden fire truck toy with an extendable 3-piece ladder, steering wheels and 6 peg doll figures.
Handmade from sustainably sourced beech wood, this naturally finished fire engine toy is great for open ended play. With a rotating and extending ladder, you can climb the tallest buildings and trees to make sure everyone is safe from the fire. Each of the components have been designed for little hands, making this truck very easy to push and steer. This fire engine is great to use alone or it works brilliantly with other Fagus vehicles for more extravagant story scenes.
Fagus have used a dowelling technique on this toy, meaning no screws or nails are needed. Like all Fagus products, it has been coated in a non-toxic wood varnish which protects the materials and allows the natural beauty of the wood grains to show through. This finish is also perfectly safe for children's skin and mouths so they can explore their senses freely through play.

Purchased this through babipur warehouse, and it’s been a favourite toy in our home. The quality is great, and it stands up to the 3 year old test. The ladder was a little tricky for him to figure out at the start, but he practiced and now is a master at putting it up and down.
I appreciate that the figures don’t have faces, so they can feel and express a wide range of emotions.
We love Fagus vehicles in this house and the fire engine is a much loved new addition to our collection. The long ladder is a particular hit with my boys and has been used to rescue many things. I love how easy the mechanism is to work even for small children.
As always with this brand the build quality is truly amazing and will withstand a lot of play for many years to come!
What can I say. Another gorgeous toy from fagus. The ladder is really smooth to raise and lower and it comes with six of the peg dolls! It was an instant hit with the kids when they opened it and has already had hours of play since!
This is our first Fagus purchase and I'm sure it won't be our last! Every part of it is beautifully made, and I can't believe how far the ladder extends. It is currently stashed for Christmas I can't wait to see what adventures my children are going to have with this toy! The wheels run really smoothly, both on carpet and tiles. The extendable ladder is really intuitive to put up and down, so will definitely be usable independently by our 3 year olds. I can't wait until Christmas!
I knew people raved about the quality size of these bad boys but I was still amazed when it arrived! I’m besotted! The quality and beauty is so intriguing and enticing for children and just so satisfying for us grown ups!

Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
