Oli & Carol Ramona The Radish

You're a true Babipurian if you've purchased Ramona. This teething toy is the absolute must have. Not only does the texture and size make it the miracle teething toy, but afterwards, children can use this for play food for role play.

I previously left a 5 star review on 12/05/2020, and I think we've purchased 5 of these Ramonas in total, as gifts, because we originally thought they were so great. Unfortunately, our original Ramona has become mouldy despite us looking after her well, and some of the paint has come off where she's been chewed. We used Ramona as both a teether and a bath toy. When used as a bath toy, it was left to drip-dry in a hanging net after each bath. None of the other bath toys became mouldy, but Ramona has mouldy marks on her green leaves (but nothing on the pink or white, which suggests it might be the green paint that has an issue). We've tried scrubbing and sterilising, but to no avail. We were looking forward to using this as a role-play toy as our children become older, but now we're left with a very sad and dirty looking toy that we're not sure what to do with. Considering trying to strip the green paint off somehow... Such a shame. I miss Ramona!

Our daughter is nearly 8 months and she has been using this for a good few months now. The shape is perfect for grasping and the textures great on the leaves. I find it quite relaxing squishing it and wobbling it around too! I was a bit sceptical at spending so much on a teether but it honestly gets used so much, and I can see it ending up in our play shop too. The quality is lovely and it will definitely last a long time.

A fun bright little teether and a nice shape for small hands. My baby likes chewing on the leaves and found it easy to grasp even at 4 months.

Our raddish is lovely and soft, and it doesn’t have any air holes in so it makes a great bath toy without having to worry about it filling with water! My only comment is that after a few weeks, the very top of our raddish had lost its colour exposing the green underneath - it’s a very minor thing though and overall we love it!
