Each Ostheimer wooden figure is made in the traditional way by hand at every stage, sawn, sanded, painted and oiled. With these figures children can create imaginary worlds re-enacting scenes from their own experiences or conjuring fanciful worlds filled with exotic creatures and tales of wonder. All Ostheimer toys are made from local sustainable hardwood, painted with safe transparent paint and finished in organic oil to ensure a connection with nature and respect for the environment. Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
