Ruby Cup Kegel Trainer
The Ruby Kegel Trainer is a great way to comfortably exercise and tone your pelvic floor muscles. Regular use can help to restore vaginal strength after childbirth, strengthen urinary and bladder control, avoid a vaginal prolapse and increase sexual pleasure. Menstrual cup users may also benefit from using this pelvic floor trainer as it will enable you to have a secure fit and push your menstrual cup down for easy removal. Made from hypoallergenic medical grade silicone, this kegel trainer is smooth, hygienic and easy to use and clean. It comes in a choice of colours, purple or turquoise and is waterproof too - making it ideal for use in the bath or shower. The large end measures 3cm in diameter and contains a metal ball inside. This pelvic floor trainer weighs 55g and comes with an organic cotton storage bag.
How to use your Ruby kegel trainer:
- Get into a comfortable position, lying or sitting down. Women with a stronger pelvic floor can use it whilst standing.
- Insert the trainer gently into your vagina.
- Contract your pelvic floor muscles for 2-10 seconds, breathing deeply as you do so before releasing the contraction. You may wish to follow the Ruby Kegel Workout.
- Wash with a mild soap after use and store in the cotton bag provided.

Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
