About the Artist
Linda Lammerts van Bueren is a Dutch visual artist specialising in transparency art, a technique where multiple layers of delicate tissue paper create a breathtaking interplay of light, shadow, and colour. Her work transforms when illuminated, with silhouetted figures standing out against radiant backdrops of golden sunlight, dusky purples, and deep twilight blues.

Her inspiration comes from the ever-changing natural world and the wonder of childhood, as well as the light-filled, seasonal artwork her children created at their Waldorf school. In 2016, she founded Vogel Geluk, devoting herself fully to this craft. Her collaboration with Toverlux brings these magical, light-filled scenes into homes, where they can become a cherished part of family traditions.
