Child friendly inspirational messages.

I love this one, the illustrations are carefully matched to the message and drawn in a lovely whimsical kind of way. Each page has a different inspirational message that are written in a child friendly way. It's very thought provoking, it's the sort of book I might pick up to read to my daughter after a tricky day or when she needs a bit of a lift.

Another lovely Lantana book

This book is such a beautiful one. Its full of simple notes to encourage children to embrace their feelings and guide them.

I read it as those little anecdotes or advice that someone who has lived their life might give to those younger. My personal favourite was the one about kindness and the sunflower. 'Stand tall like a sunflowers and plant kindness wherever you go. A seed of kindness can last a lifetime and will grow long after you're gone'

A lovely addition to any collection and a great one for my kids to come back too when they're feeling overwhelmed

Full of Self Reflection, Positivity and Inspiration

We read this and my 4 year old really enjoyed it. It’s full of positive messages to inspire along with some mindfulness exercises. It’s not technically a story but each page has a different thought provoking sentiment which is just as impactful on the reader (in this case
Mummy!). Truly a lovely book full of self reflection, positivity and inspiration.
I think at the right age, the messages in this book could have a huge impact, providing the individual with the tools to achieve a mindful, positive mindset and outlook on life

Words of wisdom

Beautifully written and accompanied by some wonderful illustrations “Dearest One” offers words of advice and rules to live by. It is aimed at the young/middle age range and was greatly enjoyed by both my 4 and 7 year old.
Perfect for a bedtime story but also for instilling values when perhaps your child is going through a rough time I’m sure it will be read again and again.
Our favourite page was definitely “shine your light” and it prompted lots of discussion on how we figure out what makes each of us happy and calm.

Mindful, empowering and beautiful

This is such a beautiful book; calming, thoughtful, empowering. We lives so many of the pages and the beautiful illustrations

My fave page is "find the music in quiet". My 4 year old fave page is "Take up space". We spend time sometimes just making up stories around each picture and my little one is quite taken with it. It has some lovely mindful moments, gorgeous and reflective
