Crayon rocks were created by Barbara Lee who has taught children with special needs for 23 years. Crayon Rocks help develop children’s tripod grip from an early age allowing them to use a pen and pencil, children use the rocks with their thumb, first and second fingers encouraging the use of the tripod grip. With little effort children can create large sweeping colours across the paper, they love so much to see the bright colours and be creative. They’re made using soy wax and natural mineral pigments so they’re safe too.
