Our hoover was being held together with tape so gave FixIts a go. I put the stick in boiling water for around 60 seconds, quickly moulded it onto hoover nozzle and voila, it's fixed! You need to work quickly with it as it sets quickly. But you can always reheat and start again. Worked a treat and had some left over.
I bought one stick in white. It’s very versatile. I used it to fix a Play-doh tool which had snapped in half, our plastic soctopus with a snapped arm and one of the children’s party bag gifts which they’d played with a bit too vigorously. It softened up nicely but hardened surprisingly quickly after taking it out of the boiled water. For this reason I had to reheat a few times to neaten it up and smooth the surface I learnt the hard way that it bonds very quickly to plastic surfaces - whilst I was playing with a piece, I didn’t notice that the remainder of the softened stick had dropped on to our PVC table cloth, where it bonded tightly leaving a thick residue. I used the hair dryer on the hot setting to improve this but there is still a lasting very thin residue visible if you know it’s there. I would buy it again.

Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
