Organyc 12 Hospital Maternity Pads

While I mostly used CSP for all my postpartum experiences I had some disposables on hand as well and that included these Organyc pads. Overall they did the job and were comfortable, staying in place decently, but not quite as big as I would've wanted for a postpartum pad.

I bought a pack to use after giving birth, as I didn't want to use my cloth pads and be recovering right away.
They are nice and thick so comfy to wear, I thought they would be better if they were longer. They stay in place well.

I brought these so I wouldny have to worry about washing pads post birth. They were very comfy and stayed put well but unfortuantly they are quite short and I was flooding them within an hour so ended up switching back to my cloth pads.

I bought these as an alternative to my usual csp for two reasons; I didn't want the hassle with sorting out even more washing straight after having baby, and also because if I was using a disposable they needed to be as natural as possible due to super sensitive lady parts! They are incredibly comfortable, stay in place, can be used horizontally placed into the front of underwear to help cushion a caesarean scar, caused no adverse reactions that I would usually get from disposables. I've recommended them to every pregnant friend since using them in two of my pregnancies. They are quite wide but as they're so soft they seem to mould to your body, No leaks even at night. love them.

I bought a pack of these to use post-partum because I didn't feel I could cope with CSP under the circumstances and wanted a more eco-friendly option. They could do the job and were absorbent enough, and are a perfectly good eco-disposable option as far as that goes. They are wider and softer than normal disposables. However, they just weren't ideal for me. I still felt quite uncomfortably wet down below and ended up resorting to different pads, using these as padded protection for my scar instead! Because I wasn't comfortable, I wanted to change them more often I think. I expect to pay more for eco-friendly brands but another consideration is these pads are much more expensive for far fewer pads in a pack. I'm giving this 3 stars because I think they may be a good choice for some people but perhaps not others.
